No, there is not a money back guarantee after payment has been made in fees for tutorial classes.
Can I pay the fees installmentally?
Yes, some fees can be paid installmentally however, others can only be paid once with a discount for two payments paid off once.
How do i get the latest Informations and Updates?
Students will get all, necessary and important informations on the latest new/announcement page and through their registered emails, So students are adviced to check their mailbox once per day for any message.
If i only paid part of the Fees, for how long will i still be allowed to attend before i need to complete the Fees?.
Very simple, you can pay part of the full fee amount (Least ₦4,000.00) with a grace of 1-2weeks to make a complete payment or top-up the part payment. For more enquires, contact us through our official support channels.
How many times do we need to pay Fees?.
The Payment of Fees is just once per a full semester, Meaning that the fee you pay for will only last for a semester and you will need to pay for the next fee to continue in our tutorials. For more enquires, contact us through our official support channels.
Can i quit the tutorial classes anytime and get a refund?.

If i quit, will my account information still exists in your system.
Yes if you quit the tutorial lessons your account information collected during the period of participation will still be in our system, However you can request for account delete and complete termination from our ICT staff or Support agents with appropirate reason at which why you request, Provided you also be required provide a former letter with your signature for proper authorization and comfirmation records.
