Rules and regulations
How we keep classes and tests fair for everyone.
Your account
- Your account is for you only. Do not share your sign-in details.
- Keep your email address and phone number up to date.
Classes
- Be on time and respectful to tutors and other students.
- Online class messages must stay on the lesson. Abusive language leads to removal from the class.
Tests
- Strict tests follow exam rules. Leaving the test page submits it.
- Do not copy, share or sell questions or materials.
Payments
- Fees are paid only through the Student Portal. Keep your receipts.
